BayPort Celebrates International Credit Union Day 2024!

On October 17, BayPort joins credit unions worldwide to celebrate International Credit Union (ICU) Day and the spirit of the global credit union movement. The goal of this special day is to raise awareness about the tremendous work that credit unions are doing and allow members to get more engaged.

BayPort was founded in 1928 and built on the credit union philosophy of “People Helping People.” We’ve seen that philosophy in action for 96 years, empowering our local communities through our free financial wellness outreach, programs, and tools.

BayPort firmly believes that credit unions bring people closer together through democratic, member-owned financial institutions that put people over profit.
